FAQs - Outdoor and Studio Shoots
How do I choose our outdoor location for our shoot?
Try and think of a place that you love or that has meaning to you and your family. Don't worry if you don't have a particular place in mind, as I always have ideas on places to shoot or love to find new and exciting places to make memories whatever the time of year.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Herefordshire, in the Midlands. All prices are for shoots within a 15 mile radius of Hereford, but I love to travel, so If you want me to photograph your story further afield, please contact me to ask more about my travel fees.
What should we wear?
This is a great question and I would advise showing off your own style! I am trying to capture you and your family at your best so it is important you feel comfortable.
I send you a guide before your shoot and I love to have people send me images of outfits they pick out. Some sort of overall coordination between you makes for great photos but no-one needs to be matchy-matchy to make for some fantastic photos!
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum 3 weeks for studio and outdoor shoots (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story).
Once you photos are ready I will send you a link to your personalised gallery for you to select your favourite images.
You can download your digital images included in your package and I provide purchase options and bundle deals for any additional photos.
How many pictures will we receive?
Each shoot is different and I not only aim to capture the fun of the session but some beautiful poses too.
I deliver your gallery of usually 60 plus edited images so you have plenty to chose from. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story and capture memories to treasure for ever.
Can I order prints of my photos?
Yes, you can order prints straight from your gallery along with a selection of albums and other awesome products.
Your digital downloads of your images are yours to keep forever so if you need more prints in the future you can print as many copies as you like!
